Evolution Mining is an exciting new Australian mid-cap gold producer with five active mine sites throughout Queensland and Western Australia. We are establishing a Graduate Program with the inaugural graduates commencing in 2012. We will initially be able to offer two Mining positions, one Geology position and one Metallurgy position.

Our aim is to provide an innovative environment in which our graduates can experience quality mentoring, support and training to encourage the best possible outcome at the completion of the program. You will then be eligible to commence at one of our sites equipped to succeed in your chosen field.

Your professional development within Evolution Mining would be based on a broad succession plan which will see you commence as a Graduate Professional in the first 2 years, moving through to a mid level role at 3-5
years, mid-high level role at 5-8 years, a senior role at 8-10 years and a holding a management position at 10+ years.:
