Your Evolution

Evolution Mining is an exciting new Australian mid-tier gold producer with five mine sites in Queensland and Western Australia. We have established a Graduate Program with the inaugural graduates commencing in January 2013. Our program ensures we can develop entry level professionals for promotion into leadership roles within the organisation.

You will spend time at a minimum of two of our mine sites over the course of the two-year program plus a structured development plan.

We will then work with you during the last 6 months of the program to help you find a permanent role aligned to your skills and interests.
