As an Evolution Mining graduate, you will have the support of an assigned Mentor on site that will follow your progress from your first day on site, till the last day of your program. Your Mentor will have a solid understanding of the workings of the operation and possess the specific knowledge of your selected discipline to be able assist and guide you where required.

We differentiate ourselves by offering the opportunity to gain exposure at all five mine sites within the first twelve months of the program, Edna May-WA, Cracow-Qld, Mount Rawdon-Qld, Pajingo-Qld and possibly our construction project-Mount Carlton-Qld.

The Evolution Graduate Program will be a two year program that aims to differentiate itself by offering graduates:

• The support of an assigned Mentor that will follow your progress from your first day on site, until the last day of your program.
• Exposure to the majority of our five mine sites during the program.
• Experience within the disciplines of Occupational Health and Safety, Geology, Mining, Processing, Finance and Human Resources.
• Discipline specific practical experience to meet requirements for statutory qualifications and to enable the graduate to move into operational positions.
• Operational and personnel development training in safety, first aid, supervisory, planning and management skills.
• The opportunity to have fun and make life-long friends.

A level of flexibility will be integrated into our program to ensure that both operational and personal goals are achieved. The final program will be formulated into consultation with the Graduate's Mentor and the Graduate and will be reviewed on a regular basis.
