Evolution Mining is a growth focused Australian gold company. It owns and operates four gold operations in Queensland and Western Australia and has recently developed a fifth gold operation in Queensland which is now in ramp-up. Evolution Mining holds a 100% interest in all of its operations.

In full-year 2012 the merged entity produced approximately 347,000 ounces of gold ranking it as a top five Australian gold producer. Evolution Mining’s Mineral Resources are approximately 7.7 million ounces of gold equivalent and Ore Reserves approximately 3.6 million ounces of gold equivalent. The Board believes there is significant exploration potential above the defined Ore Reserves and Mineral Resources.
